Today we informed our supervisor sir antiga that our OJT will end next week. He advised us to make our own dtr format from the logbook/attendance book we sign everyday we go to the office and then sir ask us aside from the dtr what are the other things we need to accomplish the ojt requirements just like the certification from them and the evaluation form to be fill up by them for us.
During my OJT in the BFP OPFM (Bureau of fire Protection office of the Provincial Fire Marshal) i'd realized that there are a big difference between school and office. First in school there are subjects in a right time which must be attended while in the office or workplace the exact time to go is 8a.m til 5p.m which is total of 8 hours a day. In our OJT there are some occasional task but not much compared to school and it depends our supervisor if he ask us to something to do. I learned a lot of things in my OJT for more that 3 months of stay in the BFP OPFM like dealing with the personnel and staff in a humble way, following what they ask us to do like encoding some reports, and printing it, passing it to the regional office. All of that task that we done was the job of a personnel in that office. They let us experience their task in the office. Thanks to the BFP OPFM personnel and staff for the three months of On the job Training. They are so easy to deal with all the paper...
